The Easy Precision Piecing System
What is It?
The System is a new way to gain better accuracy in piecing. It's not about perfection. It's meant to give you methods to make your corners more square, match your points and generally make things more pleasing to the eye. Your seams will lay flatter and your longarm quilter will love you! More accurate piecing makes for easier quilting!
Who is It For?
It's for every piecer! Whether you are just learning or are a seasoned quilter. These methods are new and easy to learn. We've had sewists doing their first ever block, in the same classes with instructors who've been quilting for decades . All were successful and had fun!

About us
Our Story
We are Shelley Scott-Tobisch and Bernie Tobisch. We met in 1996, working together in a Bernina sewing machine dealership. Shelley taught classes and Clubs and Bernie serviced all brands of sewing machines. Soon after, we decided to add the sewing machine element to the classes and started teaching together.
In 2004, we got married and after a few more years, got out of retail to focus on teaching and servicing sewing machines. We enjoy the team teaching concept very much and our clientele seams to like it as well. Shelley teaches the technique and Bernie relates it to whatever sewing machine you are using. This way, sewing machine issues are taken care of and at the same time the student gains more knowledge.
Shelley has developed exciting new methods of piecing and organization that will enhance the outcome of your finished quilt top. "I can't believe this is my work", is something we hear over and over again. Together we have come up with new products that give superior, pleasing results and make the task easier! As we develop this site, we hope you are intrigued with the system that Shelley has created.
